Yoga for the Back Strength and Flexibility

Morning embodied movement series. A Yoga session designed for strengthening the back.

The yoga for the back includes few sets of exercises: Crocodile exercises for flexibility, Backbends for strength and Cat exercises for mobility.

The schedule is meant to serve those having back issues and it is useful for all those having stiff back.
