The whole yoga process is dedicated to inner peace and self-realization. This very Vinyasa hatha yoga practice is mainly hip work orientated but it will include the whole body in a very soft and light way. We will use our breath and mind to float on the mat. We can use the help of different yoga tools as well. We will open the practice with a dedication and mantra for peace and close it with short relaxation. Welcome!
