The whole yoga process is dedicated to inner peace and self-realization. This very Vinyasa hatha yoga practice is mainly hip work orientated but it will include the whole body in a very soft and light way. We will use our breath and mind to float on the mat. We can use the help of different yoga tools as well. We will open the practice with a dedication and mantra for peace and close it with short relaxation. Welcome!

Graduated in Ethnology. Certified in Yoga studies and Mat Pilates Method. She teaches currently Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Pilates classes in Ananda Yoga studio, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Special interests in spirituality and applied living arts. Processing and developing also holistic practical workshops – body & breath workouts, voice developing circles, gong & singing bowls sessions, meditative drawings & paintings, dynamic dance & sitting meditations. She is a part of Association “Vidya Project” dedicated to individual and social change.
