Speakers in Dialogue + The Foundations of Collective Trauma Integration – Healing me, Healing you / Kosha Joubert & Laura Calderon de la Barca

September 3, 2020 @ 8:00 pm - 9:15 pm

During this event, we will explore how we can build inner resilience that allows us to become more aware and hold a space for the healing of individual and collective trauma. Expect to come closer to yourself and find more intimacy with others.

We will be addressing the following topics:

  • What is collective trauma?

  • Why is it challenging to work with collective trauma?

  • How can we resource ourselves?

We will be practising attunement to self and attunement to other.

Kosha is joined by co- facilitator Laura Calderón de la Barca, PhD

Her pioneer PhD thesis, finished in 2007 was a written psychotherapeutic session for Mexico, her country of origin, based on chaos and complexity theories.
