Slow flow yoga for Health, Happiness and Freedom

In this gentle class, you will be invited to make a deep connection with your body and being. You will be move through postures and breath work with a sensitivity and awareness of what you really need in each moment. By ‘listening in’ to your body, you can naturally release any stress or tension stored in the fascia. When you go inwards, you will find more spaciousness and expansion. The class will end with a guided meditation to ease you into a deep place of relaxation.

I originally worked in the media before becoming interested in Health and Wellness. I found that I was often stressed and my immune system was low, to the point where I experienced chronic fatigue. After studying Shiatsu which incorporated Traditional Chinese Medicine theory for four years, which literally turned my life around, I found I had more energy and vitality and my health and wellness increased. This became my catalyst for diving deeper into my whole being. This led me to study Yoga so I could be with my body and breath on a daily basis. Practicing yoga became a strong connection to who I really was. I found that I could ‘listen’ in and make the inner adjustments that I needed to ground and align myself. I’m also a qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Essence™ Coach. I have learned so much about myself over the past twenty years and I would love to share these learnings with you. All the things I used to think were impossible, have become possible and real in my life. Taking small steps along the way and listening to my own inner stirrings, connecting to my own natural rhythm and flow, being kind to myself, taking time to look after and nourish myself, being open and receptive to life have enabled me to be fully present to each day so I can allow in it’s beauty. My passion is to Lead, to Inspire, to Create, to Motivate and my joy is in teaching and helping others to create Healthy, Happy Fulfilled Lives by aligning with their highest self to connect with their inner truth and wisdom.
