In this gentle class, you will be invited to make a deep connection with your body and being.
You will be move through postures and breath work with a sensitivity and awareness of what you
really need in each moment. By ‘listening in’ to your body, you can naturally release any stress or tension
stored in the fascia. When you go inwards, you will find more spaciousness and expansion.
The class will end with a guided meditation to ease you into a deep place of relaxation.
