Rising in Spirit: The Healing Power of Silence

Rising in Spirit is our morning practice and the first activity every day during the caravan providing the energetic ground for the following activities and events. It also creates the opportunity for the participants to go on a virtual journey discovering a wide range of facilitators and practices from all over Europe.

A guided meditation led by Sister Jayanti to experience the inner self through the power of silence. When I connect with the spirit within, I access my innate and eternal inner treasures of peace, love, purity, wisdom and happiness. Rediscovering and re-energising my true self respect gives me back my inner power.  It enables me to stay close to my core values, encourage and uplift others, accept differences and create an atmosphere of belonging.

‘Charity begins at home’, as the saying goes. If I really want to experience unity and harmony in my relationships and in my world, I first need to create unity and harmony within myself.  In Raja Yoga meditation I learn to observe, understand and regain control of my thoughts and feelings. As I change, the world changes. As I heal myself, I am contributing to healing our world.
