Navigating uncertainty through the heart qualities of compassion, a meditation on self-compassion and care.

In times of uncertainty, we may feel a loss of security, the known, as if we don’t really know how our future is mapping out and what to trust and believe. It can be an uncomfortable place to be. When we find our own anchor within, move into the heart and feel if the ‘uncomfortableness’ is ok, we stay with the unknown and trust, then a new emergence, a new way of being in the world expands just a little. We are learning to navigate change through our sense of intuition, our inner compass guiding us safely forward, and to do this as an open-hearted community, experiencing the ability to be present and practice self-compassion, creates a gentle energetic power, self-empowerment towards peace, love, care and unity.

MOMM = Moments of Mass Mindfulness. The essence of this community is to act as an amplifier, and support free expression, create space to encourage and empower positive transformational shifts in self-awareness.. and ultimately raise human and global consciousness.

At the heart of MOMM is the experience of peace, harmony, love and unity as together we Co-create Compassionate Communities.
MOMM links mindfulness and meditation teachers to each other and into greater visibility in community as we awaken to a more self-empowered way of being.
MOMM encourages an individual journey towards wholeness within community and supports the transformational wave of peace and love in the world.
MOMM deeply cares.
