MOMM = Moments of Mass Mindfulness. The essence of this community is to act as an amplifier, and support free expression, create space to encourage and empower positive transformational shifts in self-awareness.. and ultimately raise human and global consciousness.
Love Yourself & the Planet
Bringing up love in our hearts and extending it out to all the people, sentient beings, flora and fauna of this gorgeous planet of ours, the only home we have.
At the heart of MOMM is the experience of peace, harmony, love and unity as together we Co-create Compassionate Communities.
MOMM links mindfulness and meditation teachers to each other and into greater visibility in community as we awaken to a more self-empowered way of being.
MOMM encourages an individual journey towards wholeness within community and supports the transformational wave of peace and love in the world.
MOMM deeply cares.

Anita Morrow is the founder of 1MillionMeditators.com, the fastest growing humanitarian movement in the world! During quarterly online meditations led by 1Million Meditators Ambassador from all corner of the world, participants hold one intention to: “Love themselves & the planet”. All events are free, in all major languages and covering all timezones. During the last global meditation 1Million Meditators reached almost 600,000 conscious souls worldwide!! The global intention is to raise humanity’s consciousness and to help our beautiful blue planet thrive for generations to come! Morrow was nominated for “Woman of the Year” for her “Swim of Hope” marathon swim of 13 and 1/2 h hours across Lake Ontario which raised monies and awareness for child abuse. She orchestrated the first ever “Laughter Flash Mob” in Nathan Phillips Square. Over 300 people participated in this event to gift something that is free and uplifts to both the giver and the receiver: laughter! As an immigrant, Morrow was initially driven by financial security. What motivates her these days is making a difference in the world! “Today I like to think of myself as a social and spiritual activist & conscious entrepreneur. However, it is not what we do but rather how we think and feel about what we set out to create.” ~ Anita Morrow
