In this Laughter Session we will be exploring how laughter can be used as a tool every day to keep you healthy in a changing world.
For this session it is important to have sound and video turned on so we can all share laughter together. Laughter works when we hear the sound and see the smiles, the mirror neurons are being triggered and we connect in sharing instead of laughing at anyone or anything.
You are invited to experience laughter exercises combined with deep breathing techniques, all of which will promote health and wellbeing through lowering stress.
This is a step-by-step experience of Laughter Yoga where you will learn the follwoing

You will learn about the concept of intentional laughter and try exercises you can do on a daily basis.
We will share laughter together as short exercises and finish with a relaxation to ground the whole experience.
