Kinder Business Day @ the Leeds Festival of Kindness Compassion & Wellbeing

September 9, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

With the effects of the pandemic, economic uncertainty and the issues raised by Black Lives Matter weighing on us all, there is no better time to come together to share and celebrate the hope that the many acts of kindness, taking place within our city of Leeds in the UK, and the wider world, represent.

On Wednesday 9th September we will be celebrating the theme of Kinder Business with a range of poignant events as part of the week-long Leeds Festival of Kindness, Compassion and Wellbeing.

The range of events on the day include:

  • Business and Social Value at the Co-op 10:00 – 11:00
  • Kindness and Creativity for Better Business and Enterprise 12:00 – 13:15
  • A Kind Listening Circle: Listening in Kinder Business 14:00 – 15:30
  • Making Money with Kindness 16:00 – 17:00

Reserve your virtual seat today, and do check out our ‘Six Ways to a Kinder World’ themes in the full events timetable at kinderleeds.org.  Our whole festival week will show how the good people of Leeds are nurturing KINDNESS TO SELF, KINDER RELATIONSHIPS, KINDER BUSINESS, KINDER SPACES, KINDER COMMUNITIES and being KINDER TO OUR PLANET.

Jeremy Cox

Jeremy joined Easier Inc. in 2019 with more than two decades of consulting experience and a strong track record in senior leadership roles, most recently as Director of Quality Improvement at CQC (the health & social care regulator for England). He is dedicated to helping people create better ways of organising; seeking clarity in the complex, making daunting problems manageable and thinking outside the (top-down) pyramid. Jeremy applies his expertise with empathy and pragmatism: – Helping people, teams and organisations to reduce friction and humanise their work; – Listening to what really matters to people, helping them listen to each other, and acting as a thinking partner; – Building solutions that work in context, resulting in better services for customers and citizens, better business performance and better places to work.
