There is a strong connection between the body, mind and psychology. For example, if you are stressed, you may notice the effect of this on your body with tense shoulders, impaired shallow breathing and discomfort in your abdominal area. It also works the other way around; if you remove the tension from the body, you will feel better, more relaxed and healthier in the long term.

There are very easy and quick yoga postures you can do at your desk without moving much or even no one noticing it. Yoga can be your own self practice and you don’t always have to go to class always. It is safe and flexible as long as you know some basics, you listen to your body and know where your body is telling you to stop.
