In this session, we will work with grounding ourselves to build the foundations for a playful, dynamic heart opening practice. This class is open to all levels. All that is required for you to join is a willingness to keep an open mind and open heart. This class promotes an exploration of your body’s dynamics, inviting you to connect to your deepest Self through movement and breath. Always remember to respect yourself and your needs, and to take the practice as an invitation to stay curious and open.
