Connection to the Heart- a Vinyasa flow

In this session, we will work with grounding ourselves to build the foundations for a playful, dynamic heart opening practice. This class is open to all levels. All that is required for you to join is a willingness to keep an open mind and open heart. This class promotes an exploration of your body’s dynamics, inviting you to connect to your deepest Self through movement and breath. Always remember to respect yourself and your needs, and to take the practice as an invitation to stay curious and open.

Benedetta Gattari

Bene is a qualified Chiropractor, Yoga student and teacher, and is currently undergoing training as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. Bene is passionate about health in all forms. She qualified as a Chiropractor who believes in the strong connection between body and mind, treating the person as a whole rather than just a symptom. She is passionate about different forms of movement, which led her to become a student and teacher of the practice of Yoga. She did her initial training (200H) in Thailand with a Yoga Alliance certified school. She teaches Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, and offers classes to suit different levels of experience. She teaches playful and creative sequences to help students build a better connection to the deeper parts of themselves. She uses a strong physical practice to access the emotional and spiritual body. Through mindful movement and breath, she aims to help people develop a deeper awareness and understanding of themselves, which ultimately results in showing up as the best version of ourselves in this world. Bene is also passionate about mental health, and the connection that mental wellbeing has on the physical body, and vice versa. Last year she started a 3 years course in Counselling and Hypnotherapy. She ultimately wants to offer people a full package, helping people move better and feel better through the use of Yoga, rehabilitation and manual therapy, mindset change and an overall healthier lifestyle.
